    Yeah it is fairly nice looking from the pics. The problem is that it takes a long time to do, as in several days, whereas spraying it doesn't. Still an alternative if you are cash strapped and have to paint a car though.

    With the glow in the dark, I would do a base layer first so your glowy doesn't have anything under it to pick up. Also depending on the layers of the glowy, you could get away with a 2 tone. In the day time its blue/black but at night time its the color of the moon.
