Ok... out of meetings and such for a moment.

But take this out another step..... previously, it was the parents who decided to have a child or not (or take other measures to have children if necessary). But now, it is a grandparental RIGHT to have grandchildren?

Is this setting up precedence to compel your offspring to have children in some fashion because it is a grandparent's RIGHT to have grandchildren?

What about the parent's of sperm donors. Do they have a grandparental right to see their biological grandchildren that over rides privacy issues when "donations" are made anonymously?

actually, I've seen a news story like that before, woman being a surrogate mother for her own grandchild.

I understand the woman's..... desire? But damn, life doesn't always go the way we want it to, its just part of life.

In Texas if there is no spouse, or adult children, or court ordered guardian, the parents are in charge. Technically they control tissue donation. It is wierd no doubt, cant say I would do it but, whatever floats your boat.
He was on life support so..... How was the specimen collected? Hate to be that guy.
