Re: Should the U.S end its embargo on Cuba?
and like kraker said what does it benefit us? how come you liberal hippie nut bags think it's our responsibility to help the whole world ? but were not allowed to enforce our rules and beliefs ( think political not religious) or even protect our selves. ( not that Cuba is any longer a threat) .
Help the world? Are we not the world police?
Sucker.
as far as the poor Cuban people i couldn't care less about their plight , if it's so bad; over throw your government , fight , leave ( as many do) but don't sit complacently and whine about how bad things are if your not willing to make the sacrifice to make your life better.
Again you just talk straight from your ass dont you.
It takes weapons and military minds to over throw a government and that is something the Cuban citizens have been stripped of. What do you suggest they bring knives to a gun fight?
Sucker.
you are what gives liberals a bad name you have no valid points as to why the embargo should be lifted beyond emotional rhetoric , semantic arguments , insults and discrediting the opposing view by arguing it's "typical"
pathetic.
Cuba more pathetic than the french! - Sig that sucker

Re: Should the U.S end its embargo on Cuba?
I still haven't seen one good reason to NOT lift it. Care to provide that?
Maybe there isn't a good reason. Maybe the reason is as simple as, "hey, it made sense back then because of a situation, but we are no longer in that situation so why do it now?"
And Cuba does not hate America, they hate that America is the only country that has this embargo with them.

Seriously, you are thinking single mindedly, think about the people for a change, they outnumber what we really see.
