Re: Airline Injury Story
well i think i get where digital is coming from, but for the case with mcdonalds, i know a lady sued them for the coffee being too hot. and yes, it sounds stupid, but when you hear the whole story, it's not that stupid. when she burnt herself with that coffee she recieved THIRD degree burns, that's fucking hot coffee, and way hotter than average for other coffee serving establishments.
but that being said, i'm not defending everyone who has attempted to sue. i'll agree with you that there are some lazy whiney ass holes out there, but I don't think that's the average american who's trying to make decent wages and live a happy life.
I think you need a little more faith in society lol, cause don't forget the media is always just trying to stir things up

Re: Airline Injury Story
I have faith because if I didnt have it. Then it would make it hard to be proud of my country.
Also I was referring to the guy who simply burned his tongue. 3rd degree burn chick I behind her. Dumbass realizing his NEW FRESH CUP of coffe wasnt hot is a dumbass.
Another guy tired the samething and after he claimed his wife burned his tongue they have sufferd emotional trauma because she should couldnt give him a blowjob. Thank God that one got throw out and that was like 2 years ago.
Also in the almost 60 years of modern commerical aviation people have been hurt in turbelence. Hence why we have videos, the demostrations by the Flight Personnel and the Warning lights.
Short of someone getting tapped on the hand and told no like a 5 year old kid people will do what the damn well please because he programmed people thats the New American way."And the hits just keep on coming." - Tom Cruise, A Few Good Men

Re: Airline Injury Story
The coffee in the lap case - wasnt it proven that the cup was rated at like 120 degrees but the coffee served was like 160 or something and that contributed to the failure of the cup and the spilling of the coffee?
Everybody likes to make fun of that case but if I recall correctly it ended up being not her fault.
