AT&T can't get their act together and get a repair man to 1 freakin tower that happens to cover almost all of my county so no text no email no Internet..... Then their coustmer service tells me when it should be fixed and if it's not it's my responsibility to call them. Great.

I never did like AT&T. They always tried to blame their problems on our house when it clearly wasn't because we've never had problems like the ones we did with them not that we have TWC (the whole bundle).

I don't like TWC either, but for now they are better than AT&T.

I would complain the hell at them, and more so because they are telling the CUSTOMER it is not their responsibility to make sure they are getting all their services THEY paid for.

Yeah, sue them. I'm sure AT&T's contracts are full of holes. They likely never expected a tower to malfunction or there to be deadzones.

In all seriousness though, if AT&T isn't fulfilling it's service properly and is treating its customers as Cop mentioned, and this can be shown to be occurring for multiple customers, a lawsuit may be plausible especially if they're content to take money for services they are not rendering.

My internet was down for almost 2 weeks and I had 2 service guys come out and say "yeah it's not on your end." I had to call everyday to get it fixed.
