Artist needed!

Hello TTP,  I thought I would open this up to all the talented artists here before going anywhere else. 

As some of you may know, I compose lots of different genres of music.  Believe it or not, I have had expressed interest from companies like 1000tracks.com to license my music.    So I am looking for an Artist to design the cover of my CD.  I have already come up with something, but I don't like it, and I'm not the best at photo shop.    The Title of the CD is,  The Day of Atonement. This is a real offer and you can use your own imagination to design whatever album cover you would like. 

I am working on a low budget, but am offering your name on the cover of the CD and 30$(via Paypal) or your choice of 2 reserved slots at TTP.  If there is more then one submission.  I will open up a poll and let TTP decide what goes on the cover of my album.

Example:

The cover must be 5x5 inches

My music will be on 8 different online stores, (including Itunes and Amazon) as well as music licensing companies.  So it is a great way to get exposure for your art.

I am looking at mid-late May for my CD to be complete,  A couple of the songs need tweaks and such.

I actually like the tree in that one. The swords are a little dark and kind of feel out of place. That tree though, it's a keeper. It's nice and clean, which is nice to see after dealing with all of the rather chaotic album covers I see generally.

The album cover also fits your sound pretty well, too.

Is your music instrumental solely or does it have any lyrics?

---The more I listen, the more I think the tree is the way to go, but how to expound? Maybe a picture of a true in real life that mimics the shape of the one on the cover with kind of a dusk, somber atmosphere to the picture as a whole?

I will offer services- there are some really cool sig's around here so you may a find better offer- but, if you just give me some idea of what you like I will be glad to submit some stuff for yah to choose from. I can definitely use what you made and put a little more "flashy" into it but if you can give me some other stuff you like I can work with it- OR send me some samples of your music and I will give you something that I think goes with it

I mean this in the best way.....

If there is more than 1 entry.....YOU and your band makes that call NOT TTP. Its your music, your CD, you make the call.

I'll see what I can whip up, schedule permitting, but like Ag said, I wouldn't let TTP decide the cover. Some peoples' tastes around here are questionable, at best.

Yeah, fans are cool and all, but the band is about the music. Imagine if every great author wrote what the fans wanted...I mean, Harry Potter would've become a romance novel series.
