Anyone have some advice on how to write articles of grievance well?
I'm working on writing one for my boss due to certain issues that have come up, which the general staff at my station are not happy about to say the least. I would really like this to be as professional as possible.
I did try to resolve this informally quite extensively, but this is my only option right now. She's a good friend of mine so this is unpleasant to say the least.

It is written. I really wish she had actually decided to meet with me to discuss the issues I will be bringing up. I was going to give her the chance to step down and save face, and it comes to this.
