Thread: Montana to supercede fed gun laws. 10th Amendment.

I will root for the states on this issue, but since 1861, The 10th Amendment has been turned into toilet paper so I will not hold my breath.
California should be able to legalize weed and Texas, Montana, and Alaska should be able to regulate their own intrastate commerce.
That is how our Constitution reads. Now, will the Feds just sit by and let this happen? Not a chance.

It's not gonna happen. It SHOULD, but it won't.
