He should serve his time (or whatever punishment) for the crimes for which he has been convicted in the U.S.
After he has completed his sentence, the Iraqi's are free to try and extradite him.My goal is to succeed in any mission - and live to succeed again.
God grant that I may not be found wanting, that I will not fail this sacred trust.

I am a non-military US citizen working for the US military in a host nation under a Status of Forces Agreement.
It is expected that my family and I follow the Uniform Code of Military Justice (where applicable to us civilians), U.S. Law, and Host Nation laws and customs.
I had to sign documents agreeing to as much when I took the job.
If I were to commit a serious crime while here, I would likely be tried by US military court, US criminal court, and Host Nation criminal court.
The same should apply to this guy.
They should all have a turn at him. And I have to say, that if he is indeed guilty, his crime is particularly heinous in a lot of ways.
If guilty,he harmed this family forever in ways that will haunt them forever.
If guilty,he brought dishonor to his service and his country.
If guilty,he put the lives of his fellow soldiers in harms way by sowing distrust amongst the people that we are trying to win over.
Sleep, eat, conquer, meditate, repeat.
