Pastor Beaten up by cops.

Excessive force started when they tazed this guy. He was NOT combative at any point. Why did he need to be tazed and restrained? I think the preacher should have cooperated too but I DO NOT think these cops EVER should have tazed a guy who was not threatening them physically in any way whatsoever. They should only use physical force when their safety is being threatened not when their authority is being questioned. This whole physical assault was absolutely about cop/preacher ego issues. Everybody wanted to see who was the alpha dog and preacher boy got bit. Now just so nobody forgets what i said first lets recap: "I think the preacher should have cooperated too but I DO NOT think these cops EVER should have tazed a guy!!!" I think EVERYBODY acted very badly.

Pastor or not, he got what he deserved, he was resisting arrest after a drug dog picked up on a scent from the car. They broke his windows, tazed him, drug him out of the car, placed him under arrest. Once he was subdued, there was not beating or anything. maybe he will learn next time.

If you want to roll onto your back to show your obedience to them that is your poragative. I have my rights and I'll be damned before a badge tells me what, when, and how I'm going to do a damn thing when i haven't broken the law.

You think you can't win because your up against someone with a badge? you may want to ask the officers i've had fired for going beyond what they are allowed to by law. Your ingorance to what your rights doesn't mean the rest of us have to follow your train of thought.

have you guys looked at any of the laws, they can sniff a car if they want, tis legal and needs no probable cause

The little poem song w.e., you can STEP OUT OF YOUR FUCKING CAR, even the PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS people say to do it, out of the car does not mean they can search. Refusing to obey can get you arrested and then THEY WILL be legally able to search your car.

Further like mentioned, if the police were abusing rights, why doesn't he post the whole tape? Shows there wern't dogs, that they were just trying to take away his rights. Further show more then just when your arrested. How do you know he wasn't asked to step out of the car and refused under his bullshit fabrication of his rights, and thus could be arrested?

Of course Jinx is against the cops because "They are authority and authority=bad" as can be seen more then a few times in this forum. By all means though, side with the guy who gives us snippets and not the whole thing

That was a great video guys... I watched all 27 minutes. I hate it when cops lie. WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT? It is ridiculous that they are allowed to do that. They should absolutely HAVE to adhere to your rights and not be allowed to lie. Most Americans feel we have superior rights and protection. How are we any better than any other country if our law enforcement is this underhanded and full of blatant liars. Shameful.
