I liked X-men... was thoroughly entertained. Have heard Star Trek is excellent but have serious doubts about me liking it. Ick- Star Trek?! Are you guys sure this is a good movie? If somebody begs I will let 'em drag me along but- personally, I am waiting for better things! I will wait for Terminator to hit the rental scene and then maybe I will sit down and watch it. I am kinda done with that one... how are they gonna replace Arnold anyway? I think I am gonna go see Angels and Demons! That sounds way more interesting to me. :9

If my Art History major sister and all of her gay friends can be completely nerdy about Star Trek and X-men (man were they pissed about how Phoenix was done), you may just like the move. Picard would totally kick Kirk's ass though with the exception of music. Kirk does awesome covers.

None. Go see Angels and Demons. Save the Star Trek or X-Men for Imax, Terminator doesn't appeal all that much to me though.

    Re: Which movie to see?

Saw X-Men with my old man. It was decent, but not on the level of the previous X-Men flicks. If they were true to the source material, then the dude that thought up Wolverine's past must've been smoking some high quality stuff. I was thoroughly underwhelmed by Gambit's performance... didn't live up to my expectations (i.e. be as badass as the Gambit in the ~1993-1994 cartoon series was), but it wasn't bad.

I'm hesistant to see the Star Trek flick simply because I think it'll denigrate the performances of The Shat, and I honestly don't give a flying fuck about the sex life of Captain Kirk to begin with.

    I'd go see Terminator.

They did a good job with Terminator, and who says they replaced Arnold?

Now I just can't wait to see how they do the other 2 Terminators they are making.

Angels and Demons was a good movie, but I know some people didn't like the Da Vinci Code, and if you didn't like that, my guess is that you wouldn't like this one. It was a bit predictable to me and easy to see the outcome, but I'm sure some people will be a little surprised by the ending.

    Re: Which movie to see?

Going to see Terminator probably when I get back to college. It's Star Trek at midnight at the Imax since apparently they're replacing it with Night at the Museum part II Ben Stiller needs to stop making kiddy movies and starting making more adult comedies such as Tropic Thunder.

Star Trek was so beautiful I almost cried at the end. I'm not even joking. Most everything will be a little less awesome now.

Star Trek was good but there were a ton of lens flairs in every shot.
