A true "pay it forward" story

This is a really amazing story. This guy came in to rob this convenient store but his bat is no match for the owners rifle. The guy goes down on his knees begging for food to feed his family so the store owner gives him food and money- WOW. This guy is SOOOO lucky he didn't get his head blown off. Watch the videohttp://www.nypost.com/seven/06022009...e_r_172171.htm Think you would have done the same thing?

That's pretty cool of the guy. The desperation showed through the soundless stop-motion video...he was clearly distraught and pleading.

Don't see it. Putting his hands together to me just looked like he was concerned he was about to have his head blown off for being a jerk off. While I do applaude the restrant of the shop owner. It doesn't change the fact this guy was still breaking the law. How many times he do this before he found this store.

As for what I would of done. I would of just had him lay on floor till pd showed up. He was breaking the law but clearly a bat is no match for a fire arm.

The gun the store owner had wasn't loaded, that is pretty risky if you ask me.

Very noble of the store owner, but it gives the perp the wrong message. Robbing the store is not okay. Robbing someone with a weapon is not okay. He should be punished for his actions, regardless of his motivations for doing so.

There are plenty of ways to make money that aren't illegal.
