This is not Louisiana... this is NEW ORLEANS! I gaurantee the large majority of Louisianians cringed and shook their heads in disgust at this spectacle.

An entire state gets the sh_t end of the stick for the actions of a single city that has an attitude of they are all that matters.

Replace New Orleans with New York City, and this is pretty much the same thing for anyone that lives in upstate or western new york
