Call up 6 strong friends, use a car jack if needed, lift the car and move it out in the middle of the street, the city will take it from there. In my city if you block a driveway the city will tow you, did you call the cops?

All good suggestions, but all i did was leave a note saying if you pull this shit again, I'll have your ass towed. Out of state plates, so I don't know that I'll see him again.

Didn't really matter though, i didn't want to work today anyway.
