Really. Michael Jackson had a debt of around $400 million at his death. Michael Jordan is worth about $400 million right now.

Debt does not mean he's not worth anything...just that you have to subtract the debt from his worth before you can judge that.

Michael Jackson still has plenty of estates and assets. As to what his networth was at the time of his death, i have no clue, but the guy wasn't hurting for money..well at least like any of us would be used to.

Michael was a hell of a performer and while I'm too young to have ever really known anything he did personally, you can't deny what he did in the music industry. I also may not like the guy as a person (his attitude in the media and court cases...ie the time he spent 1 night in a holding cell and then claimed the policemen abused him and all that trash a few years back) but I'm not gonna take anything away from his musical career.

Hell I wish i had 1/1000th of his dance moves...I suffer from having 6 left feet. It's like dancing with 2 left feet...only 3 times as bad.

Absolutely true, He still owns the rights to a ton of the Beatles songs, and his own as well, that alone is probably worth the $400 Mill. debt.

If all we have is the justice system, then you have to belive it. True, the justice system fucks up, but life isnt perfect, but you have to belive it, cuz there is nothing else. I dont hear you saying anything bad about it the NUMEROUS times it puts away killers like Timmothy McVay.

I know the system isnt perfect, and yes it does do its job sometimes, but that doesnt mean I just take it at face value because it's the law. In this day and age, we have to take everything with a grain of salt, mostly due to all the corruption.

Money talks and shit walks...you take any average joe off the street and switch him out with Michael Jackson, and 9 times out of 10, I'd bet he'd get convicted....that's the society we live in, money = power, just like you said.

Yes Michael Jackson did make more money than MJ (Jordan), but Jordan didnt molest little children. As wacked out as he was, and with all the allegations...too much smoke for no fire, especially considering the special bedroom and his unusual over loving of children, the guy was asking for it. That's not normal.
