    radiant barrier

Just wanted to get an opinion from some of the construction gurus here.

A company is running a special for half off of the spray on type radiant barrier, and free insulation.

My question is, how does this spray on stuff stack up to the foil? My house is older (86' model i beleive) So obviously the insulationg would be a huge improvement.
I have heard it both ways, that the spray it garbage, and that the foil is garbage... Confused.

I just don't want to spend moeny on some crap that isn't going to work, and the only reason I'm seeing a difference in my light bill is because someone blew 10 inches of extra insulation in my attic.

    *Fixed the fail-spell.

My house is going to get some of that stuff too. I think the spray paint stuff. I hope it works. I'll tell you if it works or not. I am hopeful it does!
