Thread: Summer of Trends

Is it me or does it seem like this summer has been full of trends? Not like fashion whatever but i mean it seems all the bad news is happen in 3 main fronts.

First Trend: Famous deaths. Seems like famous people are dropping like flies, MJ, Fawcett, Billy Mays, McNair and it goes on.

Second Trend: Plane Crashes. Another big trend have been planes dropping out of the sky. I mean granted you could call it more Airbus crashes, but still it seems more and more keep crashes, making emergency landings and etc. I know its a small % but it still is much much more then usual (it seems)

Third Trend: Tram crashes. Today's big thing is the Disneyworld monorail crashed and it can go into a list of tram/train crashes so far this summer. There was a big crash in Italy just recently, another big on in D.C. a few weeks ago. IIRC a train crashed in France and it just seems like trams/trains are smashing into others at a high rate which also is quite uncommon.


What do you think? Any theories? any other trends you seem happening?

No this is the digital age where everything is just a click away for instance 30 yrs. ago half or more of the stuff that you know of instantly would've taken weeks or more to be known to the public outside the effected area.

These things are just happening at the same time by coincidence, a generation of actors and such die around the same time is just a meter of time situation, they just died becasue they did, no conspiracies or anything.

Or maybe is death note
