Or of you don't take the .29 on the dollar offer on your bonds, the White House Press Corps will drag you company through the mud.
Or dealerships not connected to the Democratic party will be closed with no recompense.
Or you get pulled over for having an ant-Obama bumper sticker
Or you lose your lease for your mall kiosk because you have "impeach Obama" stickers for sale .....

Things like that tend stifle the need to express oneself.

But on a different note, isn't this a civil case ?
So tax payers dollars don't get involved in this since the litigants must pay the court costs as well as any discovery costs.
