Last time i had food poisoning was from eating some sketchy fish and chips.

The problem with food poisoning is that it is rarely the last thing you ate. More likely it's the thing you ate 3-4 days ago. Takes time for the bacteria to incubate in your system before you feel the bad effects. Here's a web site that you should keep in touch with alot if you want to eat the safe stuff:

It's hard telling as you would have to trace where those hotdogs came from, how they are made, what you put on them if anything, and so forth. All I am trying to say is that true Food Poisoning is not always the last food item you ate (unless it's some rancid, uncooked pile of flesh). Maybe your stomach just doesn't like Hotdogs?
