    It makes perfect sense.
    Them thar damn kids need to go get jobs so they can pay the taxes so I can get my HoverAround powered wheelchair FREE of CHARGE.
    That is to say nothing of those new knees I having been thinking about getting and the hip is starting to act up.
    Somebody has got to pay for all that.
