She looks like she was a cool person, and Neruda writes good stuff.
This one is my favorite. If you know Spanish, his works are even better in that language.enf-Jesus its been like 12 minutes and you're already worried about stats?! :-P
Bigdog-Sweet home Alabama you are an idiot.

Laggy, it was great to meet you even if we didn't chat too much. Even though I had just met you, I did sense something was troubling you, and I'm sorry to hear it is something this tragic. The poem was beautiful, as was this gem:

Re: Apologies
Laggy,
Even though I knew earlier in the day what had happened since you and I spoke on the phone, my heart hurt for you man. I knew (at least a little) of what the two of you shared. She was a very special person, and beautiful woman inside and out. I am very sorry for your loss. I didn't know about this thread until Anira mentioned it to me earlier this evening. Little did I know, that just a few short days later, that I'd be in the same situation as you are in. As you know (though others may not) my grandmother passed away Sunday morning at 12:15 AM. I got the call from my father shortly before Anira and I left the hotel for breakfast. I know your pain and am here for you. Although we might only cry into our beer together.
I think you held it together quite well under the circumstances. You will always love her, the memory of her, and the memories with her. Those are the best parts. I'll remember the same of my grandmother.
Just know that she is in a better place with her loved ones, and you'll meet her again someday down the road in another life. That'll be a party for sure and a well deserved one at that.
Your friend,
Andy
