    Yea, he could have easily made that money doing advertising and sponsoring deodorant or some shit like that, I'm not sure that it's about the money.

    I wouldnt speak to soon. Wait till you see him throw more interceptions than touchdowns this year like he has almost done the past two years. You'll be thinking differently.

    Sure he may add consistency, he will also add inconsistency, along with horrible decision making. He's getting old, he's getting slower and slower with every game he plays. He should have retired the first time and left it with his name high above the clouds where every one will remember him as being the BEST. But, no, he's going to piss people off to no extent, get the cold shoulder from all the DIE HARD fans that once idolized him. I used to, I grew up watching Brett Favre every Sunday. Sat there in pure awe every game he played. Now, Im like everyone else, sick of hearing about him 24/7.

    I want to be at Lambeau Field when the Vickings come to town and just see what takes place. I know for a fact there will be some blocks of sharp cheddar cheese flying towards Brett's head.

    Considering he has played for 18 years it was bound to happen. It's like saying Cy Young has more losses or walks than anyone. His career interception rating is 3.3%. 0.13% higher than last years league average.

    I'm very aware of how long brett has been playing, it doesn't change the fact that he is going to probably own that record for the rest of the NFL's lifetime. Why compare his career avg to last years over avg anyway? Last year Brett's Interception percentage was 4.2 %, thats 1.02% higher than the national avg. And did you also know that in his whole career he has thrown as many if not more interceptions than touchdowns 5 times? Dude has that record on lockdown.

    Still going to be a hall of famer though, can't hate on that.

    Vikings = FUCKED

    IF they make the playoffs this year, it will be in spite of Brett Favre, not because of him.

    He is washed up, playing for the wrong reasons, and he is going to hinder arguably the best running back in the game.

    Stupid move.

    You have no idea what its like to be a die hard Vikings fan. Year in and year out of great expectations, all leading to jack shit. For ONCE we have a reason to be happy in Minnesota with the Vikes IN THE PRESEASON. We were a quaterback away from a superbowl contender last year, and this year we finally have a QB after unreliable QB service since Dante left. We have the best RB in the game, arguable one of the top 3 defenses in the league, and now we have a future hall of fame quaterback taking the snaps for us, of course we are gonna be happy.

    At least wait till late October to rub it in if we are doing bad.

    also forgot to mention, with the addition of Favre comes a whole lot for the greatest RB in the game. Just the threat of having a QB that can make any pass at any given moment is enough to take 1 defender out of the box. AP lead the league in rushing last year, with at least 8 guys in the box at all times. So with Favre you start throwing 7 or maybe 6 defenders in the box cuz Favre can hit any open receiver, including this years pick Percy Harvin, and more lanes open for AP. Its more than just a passing game up here, its pressure off of AP.

    If I'm a Defensive Coordinator, I'm still stacking the box with 8. AP is more of a threat than washed up Favre, especially considering the Vikes have about as much talent at the WR position as my local little league team.

    Sure he'll be in the hall of fame, but not for what he did last year, nor for what he will do this year. He's done, washed up, old, etc...

    Slick bastard planned it all along so his sorry ass wouldnt have to go through July camps and two-a-days. If I'm the team, I dont want anything to do with him. He isnt a teamplayer and only wants to salvage the end of his career because he fucked up the last few. Terrible reasons to come back.

    You guys are worse off.
