i do, but i agree with you so it wouldn't matter much. Not to forget Favre absolutely collapsed in the 2nd half of the season. in Fact after week 5 he had only 3 games which his QB rating was over 100.
Meanwhile in that span he had 3 games with a QB rating under 50, 3 under 80 and 3 under 65
In that span he also threw 10 touchdowns and 18 interceptions. Had only 2 games in which he threw farther then 35 yards.

Re: Brett Favre signs with Vikings
I can honestly say I am damn happy Brett left the pack when he did. Rogers came in his first year and blew people away, did a hell of a lot better than Brett could have done. This year, he will be even better.
Just seems like every where I turn I see something on t.v. about how skeptical everyone is about how Brett is going to be this year.

Ya.. He needs to retire and stay retired before one of the players tackle him and break his neck from old age. overall though, if brett can still throw the football without break his arm or pulling a muscle than the vikings might actually go somewhere.. the vikings have great plays, great defence, and a great running game.. so why not a good QB for a good receiving team? i guess were all going to find out this year.

I disagree, that's how its been the past two years here in MN, AP can only do so much, the Vikings reliance on the run is one reason they haven't been anywhere. The queens need to mix it up by adding a decent passing game. Favre should theoretically be in a much better position this year with the Vikings because he doesn't need to learn the offense, he already knows it (unlike last year).
