Is Facebook going the way of TTP?
TTP has a tradition of not deleting posts. If you said it then live with it. That's kind of the motto.
On the opposite end of the spectrum was Facebook. Facebook has a reputation of letting each user manage his image, primarily by deleting or blocking things that are linked to him.
Have you recently experimented with deleting an old comment that you made on another person's Facebook wall? What did you find? Were you cock blocked from deleting?

Re: Is Facebook going the way of TTP?
No, but would be interested to know. I started a FB page under duress from out of state co-workers...boy, was that ever a mistake. Within a week or so 2 ex's and a half dozen other losers I've been trying to distance myself from found me. I know, I can accept/not accept but they still know they've tagged me...fuck. I've been putting it off but this reminds me to ditch the thing before it's too late.

Re: Is Facebook going the way of TTP?
The key to facebook is to use it as little as possible. 1 profile picture and your real name. Done. After that, if you reaaaally need to get in touch with someone you couldnt get a number from, facebook works. But it's becoming some bullshit myspace 2.0 and is not good for anything even remotely related to business.

It took me 10 minutes to find out how to remove a friend from my friends list on FaceBook the other day....it can't be simple like opening up your fucking friends list and hitting remove friend, or something in your profile, NOOOO, you have to that persons profile, go all the way to the bottom, and find a ridiculously small button that says "Remove this friend"
