Thread: Custom Windows XP themes

Okay I've done enough searching with poor results, looking to customize windows appearance and themes and i don't mean just making it green or pink.

Looking for something in the range of free up to no costing anything

Knock yourself out. You have to patch your XP for them to work, though.

You will want to check out the thread in the Techie forum about Rainmeter, something that can customize your whole desktop UI, very fun if you go in deep with the codings and stuff, but for the same reason can be frustrating.

And DeviantArt is the best I have found so far for finding custom themes.
