I just hate that so many people break traffic laws.
I heard some group observed some major intersections in NYC and found 145 life-threatening infractions per hour and no cops , well there were cops but they never pulled anyone over.
I understand that pulling someone over is a big deal to the cops, dangerous and time consuming so I think photo-tickets are more efficient.
But I also think if we had more enforcement people would simply start to follow the damn rules and traffic would improve.
