A British army officer who, after running out of ammunition, used his bayonet to charge a Taliban fighter has been awarded the Military Cross.enf-Jesus its been like 12 minutes and you're already worried about stats?! :-P

often times a bayonet is just used as a term for a knife.....while technically it can be mounted on the end of your rifle, it's normally just carried on your hip/ankle/chest.
