Professors require additional books

Faculty here at Rutgers who require you to use their book are not allowed to get a cut of the profits. Of course, that doesn't stop them from making you spend between 300 and 700 bucks a semester. I think its more of a issue with the book stores giving it to you up the ass.

The CC here usually most of the teachers will use the same book for a few yers before getting new ones. As the new ones usually aren't worth it.

In good news, at least it wasn't that 10,000 dollar book or w.e. on Amazon

If you can, BUY OFF AMAZON. Trust me, you can get them much cheaper than college bookstores.

I buy the cheap books at my college bookstore (I get points which = free shit - shirts, hats, anything really).

But I get my expensive ones at Amazon. Then turn around and sell them back to the college bookstore. :6

Easy money baby. Did that last year with a book and only paid $40 or so for it on some online store.. got $95 back when I sold it to the bookstore.

My dad is insisting on getting them through the store...I can get one of them ($186 at the store) for $39 online since it's an international version. :5

Man I wish I could get my books off amazon; half the books I use have been "revised by the professor" or something

, meaning that we have to pay the full $200 for half the book being taken out. Hey, anyone know anything about these "foreign edition" or something textbooks? They're like half price but seem to mostly be from online websites lacking real world addresses or any phone numbers.
