People are idiots

So I'm picking my son up from school yesterday and on the way home we are stopped a traffic light. I look over and two cars ahead of me to my left in a turning lane is a black lexus. A black guy leans out of the passenger window and starts yelling at the driver in another car the next lane over from him. I look at my son and ask him if he's see that idiot yelling out of the car window. Next thing I know he gets out and starts heading towards the driver of the car he's yelling at.

About that time the driver of that car gets out, another black guy, and the both have their hands up posturing to one another. The guy from the Lexus chest bumps the other guy and gets pushed back and as he is going backwards takes a swing at the other guy and misses and then it is on. Unfortunately for the guy from the black Lexus it did not end up so well for him. The other guy got him into a headlock and proceeded to pound away on his noggin'. Then he got slammed to the pavement, gave up his back and had his face road rashed for about 20 seconds or so.

The whole thing lasted for about a minute or so and both guys got up and headed back for their cars and drove off.

The look on the guys face that got his butt whopped was priceless. Wish I would have thought to "vid" it on my crackberry. It would have made me famous on YouTube :10.

What did a lexus have to do with it? When you tell a story the more detail you give the easier it is for the reader to paint a visual image. I can guarantee chosen would have said two White guys in his description if that had been the case.

Idiots are idiots. I think the story would have read just as well, if race wasn't mentioned. All I did was ask, no need to get your tighty whities in a bunch....... I'm sure Chosen enjoys your defending his honor,.......

Great story - and brings back a vivid memory for me. I went to school near the Mexican border, and as any good college student who was not yet legal to drink in the states we spent alot of time shitfaced in bars just across the border. This was 20 years ago, so drug violence was not an issue and the border towns were safe, other than possibly getting shaken down by the local cops.

One night I went down with 3 buddies in my pals Honda Prelude (sporty compact), after a night of heavy drinking it was decided that I was the most sober and therefore would drive. We left the parking lot and pulled up at the 1st light. Next thing I know a guy from the car next to us is banging on the passenger window raising hell about something. He kicks the car so naturally I get out. The shock on this guys face was amazing - those who have met me understand. This was a little car, he approached on the passenger side, it was night, my buddy in the passenger seat was kinda a little dude, so I think the fact that a 6'8" monster gets out of the car took this guy by surprise.

It was a classic "two hits" situation - I hit him once in the jaw he hit the pavement. The light changed and I proceeded on my way.

Was I an idiot - sure. But its one of those nights I will remeber for a long time.

wow people are more civilized here. We don't even honk our horns at anyone let alone yell at another person on the road or at a stop light. <<< That will get you shot up, QUICK. (yes, actually SHOT AT WITH A HANDGUN)
