and you are the one who has to; take care of the baby 100%, do the dishes, the laundry (and praying you remember to cycle out the loads in a timely manor), feed the animals, take the trash out, clean out the cat pan, cook dinner, clean huge piles of dishes, again, help the wife get dressed and take a shower every time she needs to, clean up the cranberry juice that was just spilled on the carpet while getting dinner rdy for the baby, get this and that for the hurt and broken wife....while the whole time I can only think, "Damn......damn.......oh, good god damn..."

My wife slipped off a 6 foot ladder at work because she was holding a sheet pan, all while groggy from lack of sleep from the night before.. BAM! Broken elbow. Out of commission for 6-8 weeks. (X__X)

Fellas, if you are married, appreciate your wife's health. Make sure she is taking good care of herself. We know as husbands and father's that we need to step up our game from time to time. But damn.

If you aren't married and are still young......SAVOR THAT SHIT. ENJOY IT. PLEASE!

awww man dude. I remember when I had a broken leg and my dad had to help me shower and such....it SUCKED.

I like your words of wisdom, Syrringe, sorry to hear about your wife. But, it could always be worse. My wife is fine and I still have to do all that shit! I guess I don't need a healthy wife, just a new one. lol

But seriously, sounds like you have your hands full, and I still see you on CS pretty regularly. Hope she gets better soon.
