In Hawg's defense, it looked like Callous was trying to use that video to refute or answer something Jason said. If that was the case it didn't really do that so Hawg was asking what it was supposed to prove. At least that's how it looked to me.

PS. That video was fucking AWESOME. I teared up a bit watching that, and it takes a lot for me to get emotional over videos and shit.

Honestly, the video didn't really have anything to do with Obama as a writer.
I was doing my check of the daily funny clips and that was there and since the need for a hero had come up in the thread I thought I would put that here as another hero.
I'm not military but Master Sargent sounds like a job that would keep you away from home aot even without a war.
I just want to know why we don't see that kind of video get national exposure.

Please, he takes any and every chance to be on TV, in newspapers, etc... His ego is so big, it's hilarious. It was a photo-op, he knows it, we know it, and the cameramen/women that just "so happened to be there" know it too. If the man really cared that much about our troops, he would have sent reinforcements in already. But he hasn't. If you're going to pull out, by all means pull out. But if you're going to stay in and fight, and you are being asked for help, what's the hold up? Of course we don't want to put our soldiers in harms way, but I'm assuming that when you sign up for the military, you are of the understanding that you are, in a way, signing your life away to an extent. Either get out, or do it to it, no half way shit.

Sad to say something like this in the wake of our ridiculously courageous troops losing their lives fighting on our behalf.

I'm sorry but I find that claim ridiculous. We might as well say that anytime Obama seems to display any act of patriotism he is obviously trying to brainwash us and bring us under the control of the Socialist Dictatorship of America which worships him as our god.

Nowadays I only see narrow-minded partisans slandering and trying to damage the other party instead of the cooperation and unity that we should display as Americans. I'm not saying that political parties shouldn't exist, but when they start spending more time trying to bolster their own idealoligies rather than putting our country first, then I know the shit's hit the fan.
