I wouldn't want to be in the cockpit of a C-130 with that attitude.
My squadron never used Jatos... It's funny though because we had an ordinance shop that sat around doing nothing every day.(tax dollars at work).

Hey now theres no need to go there. It wasn't me talking shit. We ordnance guys do plenty that everyone doesn't see. I've seen 2 c-130's take off with rocket assist pretty cool shit. It hard to picture a c-130 hitting an angle like it does with little bastards straped to it. The pilots got to love that shit.

Just gonna mention what doesn't make sense to me. From what i can find this aircraft can maintain flight with one engine. Of course there is more than just one model of it. Not that i'm a pilot or anything but i wonder what the factors were that had him put it down in a field verses trying to turn back.

Probably be a good conversation if the pilot was here to discuss it. There's always that i should of done this shit after every thing is said and done. At least he made it. I'm sure he needs a new pair of shorts now though.
When I was at the airshow two weekends ago, a C-5 was showing off, it took off with a pretty amazing attitude comparable to what Fat Albert seems to be at. My girl was more impressed with that than she was when the jets were breaking the sound barrier...

Yea, a new pair of shorts and plastic surgery. Aside from the severe facial damage, I think he has a bruised lung.

lol, I'm pulling out the ol Flight Simulator X CD, I'm gonna try out this particular aircraft. I wonder if it's a Baron 58. The simulator has a 58 and a king air 350 available....

I use to work the air show at eltoro when i was in. I modified a drill to i could turn the 20mm cannon at almost half of the slower speed (1500 rmp's). Area was always packed. People love things that move and make noise.

My wife was fucking astonished when she saw the harrier just hovering 50 ft above the runway.

While i'm on about flying. I flew home for halloween from Tulsa to Orlando. I haven't been able to hear out of right ear for a damn week now. This fucking sucks but i'll take it over what that pilot has head of him.

    Re: Minor plane crash

I usually have problems with my ears when I get on a flight somewhere. The whole chewing thing or holding the nose and blowing trick doesn't work for me. My ears will have individually different pressures or something. It almost feels like somebody is jabbing me with a needle in my ear...

The simulator had no problems flying with one engine, just not sure how accurate it is supposed to be...
