Thread: Dystonia from a Flu Shot?

I heard she is cured now and they are saying it had nothing to do with the shot.

Here she is last week. I read that people are saying it was a hoax since Dystonia is incurable.

from what i read on it, it isn't curable but i guess there are something they can do to treat it (like boto injections was one of the things).

From what i read some people where saying though about how you can't walk backwords or run etc and be fine, or something like that. Dunno though.

Use of misleading language
-Creating scientific-sounding terms in order to add weight to claims and persuade non-experts to believe statements that may be false or meaningless. For example, a long-standing hoax refers to water as dihydrogen monoxide (DHMO) and describes it as the main constituent in most poisonous solutions to show how easily the general public can be misled.
-Using established terms in idiosyncratic ways, thereby demonstrating unfamiliarity with mainstream work in the discipline.

A flu shot is only protection against the most prominant strains of flu for that year.
Also it has been linked to some serious side effects. Cant think of the name but the secretary at work was tested for it, some kind of nerve problem directly related to flu shot.

I can get both flu shots but I am not going to. Take my chances.

a bit of a side note but found out, you can get money from the government if you have a serious reaction to a shot (like Dystonia for example, or Chronic arthritis (from Rubella shots) )
