A better arguement than hawg provided. To bad the only guy that could verify it commited suicide. If you read the transcripts he seems to talk in circles then begins to use his own ideas of what was going on. Like that we were bombing targets prior to just to soften them up. Given the choice i would still go with the DoD report verses a news paper. Good find it was an interesting article.

Which is why my usually long drawn out answers aren't appearing here. But for the record, it is relevant to the subject, because invading Iraq did, indeed, effect our operations in Afghanistan.
