My current fave is the Ethiopia Sidamo... Goddamn, that shit has a mild blueberry aftertaste, and it's DELICIOUS. My only complaint is what I view as a tendency towards darker roasts.

Soy, if you're still in Portland I'll see if I can bring you some assorted raw beans at some point... I know 1/2 the employess of this place, from warehouse/cafe/managers/owners, so I could undoubtedly swing something.

You live in Saltspring?

I'm not too picky with my coffee, but i don't go all fancy ...Dark roast one sugar...done.

My mother just made a new batch of the hot chocolate mix, and I'm going to try it with some framboise for a chocolate, raspberry mocha.

Sometimes in hot chocolate,I like to mix in a little Cointreau (a liqueur made from the bitters of Oranges). Tasty as well.

There is a small coffee company in the Boise, ID area called Treasure Valley Coffee Company. Andy this is pretty local for you. They have a variety and you can get ground or whole bean. I really like the Sawtooth, I have to order it and have it sent down. They also have a morning blend with extra caffine. Its really good stuff, I actually just finished a cup moments ago.
