I use it all the time. Love it. I have actually replied to questions in the PC Hardware help forum here on TTP with it.

I use it at work. Unfortunately, the morons I work with don't get it no matter how often I do it.

It's an awesome tool though...gets people to learn to help themselves and gain some confidence. There are people who just don't care however and I say either fuck em! or pay me to search shit for you - and thats in part what I do for a living.
