    I think its just a pallette thing, because Anthony Bourdain (No Reservations also on the Travel Channel) eats the hell out of it. Id give it a shot just to say I did. And Zimmern has wilted on quite a few foods on that show, youll see him gag on just about every episode involving Africa.
    True dat, but Zimmern's love for testicles (even raw) is uncanny . . .
    Anyone who can put all those testicles in their mouth gets kudos in my book. I guess that why I also respect hookers.

    My wife ate it in some sort of candied form in school she says. She says it didn't smell bad but did taste different. Probably like most things it is different when you cook it. (think about taking a bite out of a raw onion but before you had ever had it cooked.)
