Half time had something about it and had to go look it up and found out he died of an enlarged heart at 26. Supposedly they don't think drugs where involved. But its seems incredibly odd for a 26 year old to die of a heart problem.

It happens, but it's extremely rare in high level sports to have that sort of condition not be found early.

True... but having an enlarged heart can cause shit like this to happen. Add in all the exercise and shit that he partakes in.. It puts an extreme amount of stress on a muscle that's enlarged to begin with.

Talk about a Shock ! Gaines Adams.......being a former Buc for me to hear this was entirely out of the blue ! He was a Great End and I hated to see the Bucs trade him ! I think this should serve to enlighten All of us...... that our time here Is Finite. If there is something you Want or Need to do........... do it Now don't delay !! God does not guarantee you your next breath much less tomorrow or next week or next month.
