It is possible for an individual to be born without a vagina or penis. During gestation, some anomalies can occur in the genetic structure that can result in such. It is just another a "deformation" if you will. It is also possible for fetus's to be born with both sexual organs. I find it highly...HIGHLY unlikely that the sperm could have survived this "trip" through the the body and then fertilized an egg. For those that dont know, an ovum is fertilized in the fallopian tubes, an enclosed structure. How the sperm got past the digestive juices of the stomach, around 2 in pH, then gotten out of the stomach, traveled through the abdomen, somehow got into the fallopian tubes, and finally fertilized the egg is almost too foolish to believe. Even if a person is starved, which i doubt this girl was, the stomach still produces stomach acid that is more than potent enough to kill sperm nearly on contact. I will offer one other alternative. A girl with no vagina may try and find other means of sex. I personally think that this girl was experimenting with anal sex and may have had a small fistula that led into her vaginal canal. This fistula could have been extremely small, sperm are microscopic organisms after all. That is a more believable scenario in my opinion.

Trust me big guy, in my profession, you see and hear some of the craziest shit that you could possibly imagine. All im saying is that she had no vagina and if she wanted to keep her man around she may have tried other avenues. Am i saying that you need to take your girlfriend for routine sigmoidoscopies? No, but my scenario is just more believable than saying that sperm could survive a trip through the entire body and into a muscular structure with only one entry point (fallopian tube). No one really knows how exactly sperm find their way to an ovum, but the most believed thesis is that they have a "tracking system", if you will, that locks onto the natural hormones an egg releases when it leaves an ovary. The scenario presented in the case study just seems too improbable for me.....
