Let me guess, you wrapped them in tinfoil and are just to afraid to tell us! :P
I actually did that the other day, thinking that the metal sheet was actually that paper stuff that you microwave pizza bagels and other shit on... and it was quite the miraculous sight until I realized that something very bad was about to happen, so I stopped it.

My grandparents had a newish microwave catch fire, when it wasn't in use. The control panel shorted out and caught fire
Fire gutted a good portion of their kitchen and their entire upstairs had smoke damage. My grandmother put the fire out with the kitchen sprayer and baking soda IIRC...saved the house, but she was scolded by paramedics etc since she's a severe asthmatic.
