Let's Talk Beer!
Since the wine thread actually got some awesome responses, I felt like opening up a beer discussion. For this though I ask to avoid all of the usual domestics and whatnot and focus on microbrews and imports.
So I shall start this off with a few of my favorite Imports.
Delirium Tremens http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/180/1385
Samiclaus Bier http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/285/776
Chimay Blue / Red / White http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/215
La Terrible (This one was freaking awesome, and very unexpectedly so) http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/22/3635
Those are a few of the better beers that I've had, but Guinness is always welcome (and since we have it on tap at a local bar, it's quite awesome).
Like wine, I always enjoy trying something new and love just about any variety, but I tend to stick more with the darker bocks, IPAs, unfiltered wheats, and other more flavorful beers.
Anyone else feel like chiming in?

Re: Let's Talk Beer!
Well, seeing as how you named the best beer of the bunch "Delirium Tremens".... I will call out a few very close runners up.
Any of the Unibroue beers, but specifically Maudite, La Fin Du Monde, and Ephemere.
There is always Indiana's Three Floyd's Alpha King (APA), Gumballhead (my favorite, hoppy wheat bier), last but not least Dark Lord (Russian stout).
Also must mention out of Durango Ca., the Ska brewery's Modus Hoporandi, the best IPA in a can I have ever tasted.

rofl, pretty sure shiner isnt even a bock. Its food coloring..
My personal favorites are Shock top and Blue moon. If I want a real bock tho, I go with Ziegenbock[quote author=...bigdog... link=topic=81507.msg1197022#msg1197022 date=1268327193]
