There are also those simple braces that are pretty slim and easy to deal with that work wonders.

hey guys, half of my hand (from the pinky and the next finger) has been asleep all day today....it's been awesome for self pleasure, but can it be signs of carpal tunnel?

Having a numb hand would be almost as good as being a contortionist! JK. Could be, I'd give it a rest for a couple days if it's feasable.

That is your ulnar nerve. AKA your funny bone. I had mine moved to the top of my arm from when I pitched. Tommy Johns surgery.

Carpel tunnel suckssss. Nothing like trying to play bf2 with boths hands numbs aside from the pinkies. Then add a messed up shoulder and tennis elbow in one arm fucking blows. Man i need to get a new line of work demoing flooring so i can install new shit is killing me.

I had that my chiroprater cracked my elbows a couple times and it went away. Something about nerve interference in the elbow. Now i just crack it myself every day or 2 and haven't had it since. If you want to try when you do it yourself it's just snapping your arm from being bent to straight real fast.

yea man it sucks...it's my right hand so it gets tricky when I'm in a jet or helo ( I use the ASWD with the left and the arrow keys with my right)...fuckin numb ass fingers....but thanks for the tip I'll try that...this is probably due to the way I spend extended periods of time on my computer...basically laying on the bed leaning on my elbows while I game or browse or whatever...probably pinched the freakin nerve for way too long.
