Proactive not reactive.... I think that is deaths point. Now things are changing when perhaps they should have been changed long before tragedy ever happened. People die in auto accidents going 60mph wearing seatbelts. There is definately chance of death in luge, reality check.

None of us never said improvements couldn't have been made before. It was the fact that you said no one other than Canada was allowed to inspect the course. Which you were misinformed about.
