I do not even consider this a holiday. Just a Hallmark way of generating a little revenue before the spring. Pretty sure in most countries this is just another day. Hell Google barely acknowledged it. They put two ice-skaters buttfucking as their banner.
Edit: mind you, that position would certainly take some skill.
