When steam doesnt give you enought info. I'm trying to host a server for my 1.6 clan but i cant b/c steam is fucked up
and cant tell you how to do it the easy way

Honestly, I have never had any serious problems with Steam.

it's easy to host a servr on steam.

you just download the dedicated server program, start it, tell it what you want your maxplayers to be, and your start up map, and you're in business.

make a server.cfg, download manimod, and you're all set (though I would recommend the old 1.10ze version of manimod, and not the current 1.2A beta).

sigh *shakes head in disbalive* thats only part of it. If you could tell me how to foward my Ports then i could do it this way...can you?
