    Breaking Bad: Season 3

    http://blogs.amctv.com/breaking-bad/ <---Lots of cool info/cast blogs....

I know we have a few fans here on TTP. Thanks to Veo, I really really like this show and I wasn't disappointed with last night's premiere. Not going to post everything I thought yet, but just a few comments/questions.

    - 'The Cousins' are going to be ruthless, obviously. The Meurte shrine crawling was interesting. Are they out for revenge for the death of Tuco? Maybe hired by Gus to take care of Walter. Remember that Gus did find out that Walt's bro in law is the head of DEA. The Cousins are obviously very well off and not just any normal cartel members. Hmmm....

    - Loved the school speech. Just great and speaks volumes about his psyche.

    - Loved when Walt picked up Jesse from rehab. The view from outside and through the broken windshield was definitely symbolic in regards to their current situations. Jesse's self realizations are interesting to say the least and I wonder how dark he will get and how this will affect his relationship with Walt. Maybe out to get each other by the end of the season?

"I know that Walt has to pay for the bad karma created from his bad decisions, but I hope that in the end there is some redemption and a relatively happy ending for him... I think he's a very sympathetic character, with an inner core of decency."

Just watched it now. I have a really big complaint. It was about 12 hours too short!

I think my favorite scene was Walter making the PB&J! And him telling Hank what was in the bag.

But my favorite future scene of the season will be when his bitchy wife either pulls the stick out of her ass or walks off the screen for good.

And... the teddy bear's eyeball is still here!

    Re: Breaking Bad: Season 3

I guess Saul and his cleaner are pretty connected to Gus, and they all share the common interest of getting Heisenberg back in business. And I guess even the cousins answer to Gus, for some reason. Though their vendetta seemed extremely personal (while enacted in a business manner), so it is a bit surprising for them to back off so quickly. Honestly, the cousins are a little too ridiculous to be believable. They're practically a caricature... the stereotypical "cool guys walking away from explosions" shot last week was a bit out of character for the show I thought... and the fact that these guys haven't even uttered a word. Ever. I get it, they're tough. They have skulls on their boots. They use Ouija boards and bells to communicate with their mute uncle, because they are all 3 too hardcore for a keyboard.

And where did you get those images from Toker? The second one with the underwear should read "I got your restraining order right here!" That was a good scene... but I am very curious/apprehensive to see how Bitchlar reacts to finding Walt back at home.

She'd better ease up. Doesn't she realize he brought dipping sticks? And they showed her asking her boss why he broke the law, to set up her being more sympathetic for Walt, I would have assumed, but it sure didn't work out that way...
