Rent a tile cutter of some sort, that's the best advice I have. The cutters where you score the tile then break it are good but only for doing straight sections, if you have to do any corner pieces you need something else.

We keep our dogs in our utility room when we are away, so they dont tear up the house...They have been pickin away at the lenoleum in there, and now there are pieces missing.

What we are going to do, instead of tileing...Is my house is on a slab, so we are going to buy that garage floor paint stuff, and cover the entire utility room with that, that way if it gets wet or the dogs mess on it, it will be easy to clean up

Epoxy paint can be nice with some shark tooth or decoratives in it. Easy to do but make sure the floor is clean meaning no material, glue residue, or even soap residue. Otherwise it peels off in a couple months. I tiled my garage with black and grey vct in a checkerboard. Then threw 5 coats of wax on it with my buffer. I let the dogs run out there every once in a while just to watch them slide around. Downside to it is if anything gets on the floor and you don't notice it you'll be on your ass.
