All joking aside, anyone else see this as a problem? our Airbase has been suspended. the base was supporting a significant amount of the air supprot in afghan efforts. the "new" government wants NATO ops to GTFO.

Otunbayeva never said that, but we'll see how much the Russian's influence this new government in the near future and what the fate of that air base will be.

the opposition (in power) made a statement saying they no longer wanted the US base there. It's just a few miles outside the capitol.

so...i'll guess we'll see about which side of the line we'll choose to be on. Do we stick with the government that wants us there, with our airbase.....or the ones that want us to GTFO.

I guess we can see what the predator drones think about all this...
