As Detroit's coach said after the game "We out played them but they deserved to win". The Wings can do some fancy skating and puck handling but that doesn't matter at all if they can't put the puck in the net! I stopped watching after it was 4 to 1. Pitiful. I have no idea if they'll be able to win tomorrow night's game 7.

And I did see Hosa's hit. It looked pretty bad, but I don't think it deserves a game suspension. I think the league and ref's should look at a hit and the motive and timing of the hit as the main factor for fouls & disciplinary actions. And then the effect of the hit in a different categories/instance. For example, if Hossa applied that same hit on Zdeno Chara (6' 9") would he have bounced off of the boards the same? Maybe Hossa would have bounced off of Chara. Would there have been a call on the ice? Hard to say. I just hope the league takes in the whole picture before they decide.

You got your wish but I'm thinking it was one of the better 6 games in the playoffs so far. The difference was the
play of goaltenders and the adjustments the Canucks made on their 1st line. Putting Samuelsson on the 1st line with
the Ginger twins worked and they finally figured out how to stop the Kings power play.

The Kings got a load of experience with their young team and I expect them to do some damage next season.

I wonder what that injury was? When he went over Howard and hit the boards I thought that he was going to pop up and keep playing but instead he was out for the rest of the series? We'll probably find out now that the series is over. And I'd much rather the Wings win the series when both teams are healthy, seems a lot more legitimate that way.
