I recommend physical activity. Nothing like getting out frustration by squating a couple hundred pounds, and not much is more relaxing than a good run in a park.

fo sho. if cost is a factor, things that can be done for free and/or with little to no special equipment: running, yoga, pilates, etc. yoga can even touch into the more spiritual/mind-over-matter realm with the controlled breathing and all, which also might to lead to being able to employ self-control/calming/venting with breathing exercises and whatnot.

low cost activities to hit some chit: batting cage, driving range (golf), etc...

for some somewhat mental exercise/thinking could check out some taoism via the tao te ching.

other mental outlets: drawing, painting, writing, music, etc...

aren't biploar people more likely having mood swings, like anger, happiness, depression etc.?

but it could just be anger issues, i know i tend to get pissed off at things quite easily due to anger issues. Or is the anger for no reason?

But yeah, punching bag would be a great for helping to get rage out.

There is a lot of anger I believe is built up at the moment, such small things set me off...honestly I'm afraid one day soon someone is going to say the wrong thing at the wrong time to me, and we are both going to end up in a bad situation.

Hence why I want to talk to a doctor before this day comes.

Doesn't hurt, even if it is just anger issues, anger management can help (if you follow it XD) One trick i remember was deep breaths and counting to ten slowly

I doubt it's bipolar. But it's good to consult a doctor.

What I'm about to say might be weird or harsh or I might be just wrong or just right on the dot. You will be the only one able to answer those questions by yourself. I'm going to try to explain this as best as I can due to the language barrier I have.

What you're experiencing is a lot!! A lot of stress, peer pressure, you're unhappy with your life at the moment, you are bored, you don't know where you're going and if you do, you feel like your going backwards, you feel like the world is against you at times right? You feel that everything is going wrong around you, you feel that when you want something, there's always a "bar in the wheels stopping it" and have a hard time accepting it. You have been bullied a lot in your life and you are fed up as fuck!! You are now at the "anger" stage of "don't fuck with me" and you will now show your anger to the people that you feel are weaker than you because you "can" and feel good about it because the ones that bullies you are too strong for you.

You are a type of person that keeps everything bottled inside and only blows off steam when your bottle is filled up. You do not express your feelings to anybody and keep everything bottled in. And when the time comes that it has to come out, (the cherry on the cake sorta speak) it fucking does big time that it evens scares you of your capabilities.

You have how many activities? Not alot, you are in front of your computer more than you should be. Maybe you have a friend that you confide in but it's not enough for you. Do you have other things in your past that is disturbing you? Do you do any type of physical activities? Do you have other hobbies you enjoy? You might be in a depression. And it's normal to feel like that with what you're going through.

Listen, when I was a teenager, I wasn't in front of a computer a lot, actually, we didn't even have a computer at home. I was active and doing other things in the outside real life world with friends. This is the difference from teenagers today and when I was a teenager back then. These days the kids starts on a very early stage in their lives with inside activities instead of outside activities. In my opinion, it is not good. You will see more teenagers "today" having more stress than what we had at that age.

My friend, I will tell you something, if you put in your mind that you have something wrong, you will eventually get it. It's called your subconscious mind. And if you feed your subconscious mind to bad things, or diseases etc... it will eventually accept it and you will end up with it.

I understand that you're worried but it's not proven that you have bipolar. So therefore, you don't have it! If ever you do, well, you will manage and take care of it with therapy and medication. If you don't have bipolar, well I suggest that you might think of talking to a professional about your anger, your doubts, fears, past, etc... And exercise, take care of your body and your body will thank you in the future. You will have to learn now that you are changing, the world isn't like it was 5 years ago when you would probably pout when you didn't get what you want, you will need to start accepting some things in your life and become stronger. Your pouting system is now anger because of past experiences you had. It's normal!

What is said here is not to offend you or anybody else at all. I'm just stating my opinion.

That will be $75, and talk to the receptionist on your way out to schedule your next visit.

I dunno, I guess I am way over to the you are what you make of yourself side of the scale, but I tend to agree with CW, and not just because she has cool initials. Choose to think on good things, avoid people that bring you down, and enjoy life. I am sure if half these medications were around when I was a teenager I would be a medicated zombie. I was so hyperactive I was in trouble from sunrise to bed time, but I turned out ok, well, except maybe the twitching.

    Re: you may be bipolar

I very much agree with you CW, although I have one thing to add.

This could be way off but I feel like children being on the computer more might be the result of a few different things.

I know when I was younger I was ALWAYS outside and had lots of friends, as that changed and people found me a great target of bullying I found that I had no desire to be out there, and spent lots of time on my computer, which is a habit that still continues. Sometimes you get driven into a corner, and the best release is to just hide in your own little e-world.
